Alright. Now I’m ending Chapter 5. For sure. I’ll go make a new chapter and everything. The next comic will definitely say Chapter 6. Unless I forget, of course. Then it won’t.
Hopefully we will move to something beyond just thought bubbles soon. Anytime now people will start talking again. Or at least blowing things up. You know, communicating.
I suppose you could argue that karma may have acted swiftly on poor Kally, but I somehow suspect someone besides karma has a hand in it. How many pages ago was the failed attempt to indirect her last time? Man, that was a long time ago in non-comic-time. Not all that in long in comic-time though.
Next update will be Monday, and we will continue on Monday/Thursday for the time being.

Hmm, although Peter has been a pain in Kally’s posterior, I don’t see him sitting back and ignoring her plight. This means that somebody just bought themselves a boatload of trouble.
Unless it was Peter that did it. He did cancel the match early, maybe because his plans were finally ready?
I personally don’t think so, but I can’t rule it out either.
It’s certainly something Peter probably could have done, but he does lack a clear motive on it. Unless he’s got a lot of dominoes set up I suppose. 😉
Still, it does seem out of character for him to risk a piece his attached to.
Someone must have planted something inside the cab. If this was a sleep spell, then why did we see gas come out of the vents. It makes sense to use gas, though. If it was magic, she might have sense it.
I wonder if the culprit is someone new. I can’t imagine why any of the known parties would try to capture her like this.
Sometimes the simplest approach is the best when dealing with a mage. No matter how strong they are, they are still (usually) human when not using their magic.
There are a lot of players at work already, but we’ve just seen the tip of the iceburg, unfortunately! 😉
