I assure it does not take Ila long to climb up the railing, she is just muttering to herself very quickly. I considered removing the spaces from it, but I figured that would be annoying to read. Yes, she was still holding the bag of chips when she jumped off the building. She knows her priorities.
Unfortunately I’ve burned through my buffer. Been a busy few weeks. I will not be taking another break yet, but if I can’t get the buffer back in a few weeks I might have to, we’ll play it by ear. In theory my deadline for work stuff was last Friday and so I should be back to a more normal schedule.
I know we’ve gotten used to updates being on time… but… update tomorrow 🙁
Was still hoping to get it up tonight, but the cards say otherwise. I don’t think we are taking another break to repair the buffer yet, but it may be in cards in the next few weeks, we’ll see if I can get back ahead of schedule this weekend.
*You* may be used to updates being on time.
But I’m trying to read soupcomic also. At least we’re all enjoying the snickerdoodles…
Correction: were. Now we’re just having problems accessing cgi-bin. Grumble.
-Amy is really out of her league, she seems fine with the political aspects but loses it when the biological excrement hits the rotary impeller.
-Dose Magnolia think she has some combat ability and is moving to intercept or is she going to wake up Webber and get him somewhat ready to fight. I’m betting on fix Webber. Either way I think we will see her true “bullshit” natural ability.
-We see the return of the ninja see post bellow.
-Purple hair mage is Princes of Destruction’s visiting brother so it’s a good bet he is not a pushover. However he is a bit confused on what is going on so represents considerable possibility of friendly fire.
-That Ila considers having her snack allowance revoked the worst possible outcome really drives home that we have a kid with SiFi artillery grade magic here. Malaysia is lucky that someone is socializing her, and doing at least a halfway competent job. What was Mir thinking would happen when she was released.
What one says does not necessarily reflect what one thinks. It sometimes merely reflects what one think might sound funny, or sounds consistent with the persona one is trying to play.
I specifically misdirect boogle and so, boogle never places an advert that i would click on.
If you have adverts, for me, i need to know if it is pay per view, or pay per click.
This way, i know whether to click on one. (in a separate window in a separate client)
I click because i care.
Get a litecoin, dash and/or bitcoin-cash address and put them in a place to donate.
bitcoin is too expensive to send right now as a tip. (although its better than it was)
You can get an Exodus wallet and it will give you all of the addresses, all in one easy interface
I will probably never be able to patreon. It would cost at least $2 to give you $1. Plus a lot of trouble.
And, as others have noted, adverts now-a-days are into running all kinds of crap that is not related to getting me to click. Why would an advert peg the cpu for 2 seconds?
“biological excrement” hah, good one! That’s a great way to put it. ^^
I think the lady (or at least how I’m guessing from the hair) is going to get a vector boosted STOMP. Because Ila is aggitated and already lacks a good chunk of Mium’s restraint.
I’m thinking that’s everyone’s favorite teleporting assassin mage.
I’m like 90% certain its that mage that we saw when AVON was attacked. A bit nuts, Orish apparently, and dueled with Jayce Meyer briefly.

I agree. Our current interloper looks just like the Orish mage-ette we last saw at AVON.
That dose look like the Orish ninja from the Avon labs fight. Calling her a mage is perhaps not accurate as she primarily uses specialized autocasters. Rovaks companions were apparently allowed to surrender to Malaysian forces, then sprung by Myum as payment for Rovaks help with the presidential kidnapping. One wanders how she got her sword back, did Myum spring it to, or did she escape on her own.
The big question is dose she have backup from the rest of Rovaks squad. Also her armor seems to have been upgraded with a boost engine. A boost engine can result in a big increase in combat efficiency though to get maximum benefit requires lots of practice and training as we have seen with Cecila.
How do you know that’s the same sword? Maybe she has a rack full of them, like Oasis of Sluggy Freelance? Or a closet full of them, like Leisure Suit Larry?
Or, of course, the more mundane explanation of maybe she just went out and bought another one. It’s just an unreasonably long sword, nothing too super-special about it. Sure, in our world, it would probably need to be custom ordered, if you wanted a real sword like that. But this isn’t our world. There’s probably several stores that sell them.
PS. Um, Past, that arrow key navigation is really annoying. I know some people like it, but I like having my cursor keys for scrolling around my screen when I’m not typing comments, or moving around the comment box when I am.
Re: ads.
I don’t mind ads so long as they are static images that do not attempt to run unauthorized code on my computer. I tolerate them so long as they do not attempt to run unauthorized code on my computer.
It’s possible that I will click on ads that I don’t determine have attempted to run unauthorized code on my computer. Given the protections I have in place on running unauthorized code on my computer, it’s not likely I would be able to click on ads that violate the unauthorized code restriction, as most of those try to do something fancy with the click.
Code that I authorize ads to run on my computer: they are allowed to be processed by my web browser’s image rendering code, so long as they do not attempt to exploit any security holes that may be present in said software.
Code I don’t authorize them to run: anything else.
Just curious, what program(s) do you use to restrict the code run by advertisements? It sounds like it takes care of the problem pretty comprehensively.
lla gains new levels in the “Unobservant” skillset. She also gains a level in the Muim school of not answering questions.
She just mentioned she’s been taking Muim lessons. Of course she’s getting better at not answering questions. 🙂
Q: What happened to the vote button on the right? Am I the only one not seeing it? Was it taken down for some reason?
I broke my widget and haven’t gotten around to fixing it yet. Will put it back up when I got a new vote incentive probably.
@Xpacetrue: If you need a voting link, you (or anyone else) can use THIS ONE.
This is why get your snacks before you go on a stakeout, Ila…..your slacking for snacking nearly cost you your chance to prove your usefulness. (And your snacks.)
(PS: “We’ll be in trouble first”, I think is what you meant.)
Fixed, thanks 🙂
Panel 5: “huh? what are you talking about? of course i am supposed to be here.”
Fixed, thanks 🙂
