Comic for Friday, May 15th
May15
… A little later than I wanted, but I’ll take it. We are trending toward getting ahead of schedule.
The Shinoji Project was last mentioned here which was quite awhile ago, though to be fair not too much was said about it.
Continued the war on prospective. Some went better than others. Live and learn, etc. Stuff is coming – I’ll do a blog post soon, a new vote incentive is high on the to-do list, more Patreon contents (fan arts, character drawings, etc) will come next week, and we will slowly get this show back on the road, though artist recovery is rather slow.
I just saw the Comic Rocket archive. I can work with it. Thank you SO much. 🙂
It’s a temporary solution, but as I haven’t had any luck with a better solution yet it may end up a fairly-long-term-temporary solution.
It is pretty functional if not ideal, and Comic Rocket isn’t a bad service, so I don’t mind linking there. Certainly better than nothing though.
Unless the prototypes and designer kids are cyborgs (from opposite ends of the cyborg spectrum, respectively), I fail to see Naomi’s point.
I’ll need to understand what the key is made of (organic or inorganic), and how its triggered and controlled before I can properly evaluate her statement. Therefore, I will be glued to my laptop screen until Monday. ^^
Well, bits and pieces will be revealed. It is safe to say that designer kids (which was originally a derogatory term for them that they largely adopted to refer to themselves) are fully human, just with highly selected and somewhat modified genes.
While as she points out nearly half of Levinworth is compromised of them, a much smaller percentage of the general population is, and we haven’t seen any yet that are very old…
I helpfully understand this does nothing at all to clarify her point. 😀
