Comic for Monday, April 2nd, 2018

Testing…1…2…3… is this live? Ah, here we go…
Ladies and Gentlemen, welcome back to regularly scheduled regular update schedule of regular updates. So I spent the week in a haze of sleeping more and playing video games and got nothing done I mean, the week off was very productive for rebuilding the buffer. We have a full week buffered now, but I am going to keep the Patreon at one update ahead, so next Monday’s will go up there on Thursday.
You’d think that I’d have more to ramble about in the rambling box after so long not rambling in the ramble box, but I guess I’ve just forgotten how to ramble, so… on with the show.
Glad to have you back! Mium is certainly doing well bluffing to stop Arron from entering while not actually saying he can or will intervene if he tries. Although by his nature he would have the best poker face 😛
Also, Panel 8: “… just by how closely TO fits my objectives.”
Should possibly be ‘IT fits my objectives’
The buffers back and there’s going to be trouble! Hey ya! Hey ya!
So weird things pop into my head, reading comics, before I’ve had breakfast.
Hmm. Wonder how long it’ll take for Arron to figure out that line as a load of crap. (Same page, or will it take him all the way until the next one to realize?)
Still, as expected, their banter is fun to watch. ^.^ (And the other banter just makes it better, of course. Has Miko been in a conversation that wasn’t fun to watch?)
Rovak agrees with you.
Welcome back! I missed comics~
I wonder if Mium deliberately manipulated Miko into having to talk to Arron personally if she wanted to even have a shot at making him go away.
“That’s [the] dumbest most sentimental bullcrap I’ve ever heard.”
“I suspect you already know the lengths I went to [to] find this place”
or: [in order to]
D’aw, Peter included instructions not to harm his uncle. He does care!
More likely it’s part of the “family and friends” rules, and Arron hasn’t been exempted from being classified as “family”, rather than specifically about Arron.
And Miko walks out, looks at Arron, scowls, turns to Mium and tells him that he is no longer family.
Arron get thrown out the nearest air lock…. wait, that’s not right
Miko can choose not to consider Arron her family, sure. And Mium will probably abide by that.
However, Miko cannot choose to change Peter’s designation of Arron as part of Peter’s family. Presumably.
That’d be my guess as well. Not sure how much sharing goes on where Peter’s plans are involved. It does seem that Miko will accept directions from Peter, so there’s probably _some_ hirearchy involved.
My guess is that the “heirarchy” is that Peter is Miko’s older? cousin.
Plus, I got the impression that the underlying goals/agenda/plan are Peter’s.
Also, it appears that Miko is involved primarily/only because Peter figured out how to fix whatever happened to her, and subsequently recruited her to his private endeavors. It’s not clear how badly Miko/Taki was screwed up previously, so it’s entirely possible that Peter started out trying to figure out how to fix whatever happened/went wrong, and in the process found out things that he felt he needed to deal with.
Possibly “By how closely \b it\b fits my objectives”.
ps. you really should fix the 404 not found on the previous page, one might might think it missing is an artifact of an ellipse field.
Panel 6: “breaking and entering is generally frowned upon.”
