Technically this isn’t the first page to feature a single character. There was that one page of Mium on a rooftop, and technically in panel one you can see Naomi and Otte. But I think if I titled pages this page would be called “Tyler, the page”.
I suppose it’s worth clarifying – Tyler didn’t come as response to the IDS being there – he didn’t know; he came to intercept Peter and Naomi as soon as he heard that the IDS has lost Myer because, as he says, he’s the suspicious sort.
Personally I don’t think Otte and Tyler are going to see eye to eye – what do you think? 😀

Eye to eye? I’m thinking more fist to nose, or perhaps Full Magus to Autocaster Twerp. ^^
Tyler isn’t being entirely fair with that crack about losing detainees. IDS tried, they just got outclassed. 🙂
I like the flow of the page, and the angry red background in panel 3 is a nice touch, as it conveys that Tyler has had enough, and is going to make his displeasure known.

As Tyler said, he’s sort of on the suspicious side, and it’s unlikely the IDS is being forthcoming with the details 😛
