Comic for Friday, Feburaury 19th
Hey, technically still Friday by my clock!… Alright this one is a tad late. Unfortunately with Friday comics we are still on the better late then never cycle (and maybe never sometimes 😉 )
Sharp eyes are a double edged sword, but it seems that Mione wasn’t quite blinded enough having been only indirectly subjected to Kally’s distraction… Of course, seeing things that were cast isn’t exactly normally fare… can’t account for everything I suppose.
So… Mione thinks Kally did something across the court. Kally is currently standing inside a magic cube. Suspicious, or unfounded accusations? 😉
The magic Kally is currently using is fairly multiple purpose – in this case she’s at least using it to control the ball when the ball enters the cube; it has some flaws for that purpose, notably that if the ball didn’t enter the zone it wouldn’t do anything. Technically it’s the same classification of magic as the ‘Fortress’ magic, in that they both are methods of defining your calculation primarily based on an area of space rather then an particular object, but the functionality in that case is fairly different.

Your new magic effects have kind of a steampunk feel to them.
They are more ornate and vaguely gearlike I suppose? 😉 I dunno, will continue to iterate on them. Not entirely happy with them yet, but they are more flexible than the old ones.
Yep. I found them interesting–and I like steampunk. 🙂
