I’m not sure if grey law service makes sense – it refers to something like private dectives, bounty hunters, etc – people who stand between the lines of upstanding citizen and outright criminals. Doesn’t matter too much – pretty sure Peter falls into the later categories… 🙂

Whether Tyler remembers he’s the head of a government agency usually varies based on if that is aiding or hindering him at the moment. Fortunately Amy is around to remind him that he does, in fact, represent the government of Malsa in his actions.
