Ikki is sort of a dick. This seems to be squarely his problem but he is more or less dumping it on Ryn because he got scared. Got to wonder what the backstory with them is that Ryn puts up with this.

Ryn you do know what to do! You just said the hot secretary is also really smart and really knows how the company is run. Put the hot secretary in charge, and then just watch her and make sure she doesn’t do anything crazy.

Grammar edits upon return:
Panel 2: There are currently only two periods in that ellipsis.
Panel 3: Probably want a comma after “sinking in”; “by way” -> “by the way”; “hell of more” might be a turn of phrase in some parts of the country (Seattle, maybe, with “hella more”?), but I expect you wanted something like “hell of *a lot* more”
Panel 4: probably another comma after “if you want”; I assume you meant, “I need *you* to try”, although I suppose it could be correct; and it’s definitely “figure it out” instead of “figure out it.”
Panel 6: Again, two periods in the ellipsis.
Those dialogue-heavy strips…

Ryn’s eyes and hair don’t match. Just noticed that.

So who is she? If its MIR, that raises any number of questions like “where is MIR now?”

  Where is Dr. Mir? I think Ikki and Avon’s higher-ups assume that the IDS managed to abduct her when they invaded Avon. However, I seem to recall F-5 stepping in to fight the IDS agent who had MIR cornered.
  
  My guess is that Dr. Mir is in hiding right now. The question remains, though, whether she escaped to hide on her own or whether M.I.U.M. had a direct hand in that. (It’s also possible that IDS agents -did- grab her after we last saw her.)
  
  However, Dr. Mir’s research seems to be her life. As important as it is to her, she wouldn’t just abandon that. Either she realized that it was imperative to hide or someone convinced her of this. (Or she’s being held captive.)

  I’m thinking the Ikki is referring to his mom, the former CEO. As he seems to have more respect to the person that left and might return, than to the crazy scientist who is now a robot.

      We’re not sure what she’s doing, as the only mention of her in the comic is on this page: http://pastutopia.com/?comic=comic-for-friday-march-13th
      While it doesn’t state that she was the previous CEO on that page, it is stated on the cast page under Ikki’s entry.
