Comic for Monday, February 13th
Mium and Tyler haven’t met yet.
They got really close to the first day, but Mium just sort of disappeared after Jayce got knocked out. We saw him missing from the crowd when Tyler showed up, and than he went off to ensure that the IDS didn’t keep Jayce.
The next day he was there in the morning, but Tyler was late due getting running into Nick, and Mium peaced out to go meet Ila once he’d “gone to class”. Mium never actually showed up in person at Levenworth during the Kor World problem.
The third day, class was cancelled and Mium was off with Miko, then with Kally, then off doing whatever it is Mium’s do when suspiciously off screen. Yes, I think we’ve spent 8 chapters and a little over 2 years covering 4 days. Well, Chapter 0’s timeline covered a few days, and there was a week or two between 0 and 1, so…
Anyway, before I starting having to come to terms with that I’ve been doing this for 2 years and am still where I am at in terms of drawing stuff…

Rereading for reasons and just noticed that the last bubble in panel 9 doubles up on the ‘He’s
The Levenworth uniform seems to be a suggestion more than a uniform. Maia and Magnolia are wearing drastically different length skirts, and it appears that Amy is wearing pants, not to mention that Maia is wearing some form of blue cravat rather than a tie.
I suppose Mium has been accessorizing from the start with the blue scarf, so the it shouldn’t be a big surprise the other people customize.
I mean, in Naomi’s first appearance, she was wearing the same kind of thing, I just forgot really fast and started drawing her with a tie… 😐 But yeah, the uniform is fairly lax. Not everyone prefers to wear skirts or ties or what not.
Maia -> “…And a normal person wouldn’t jump off the roof!…”
Magnolia -> “…and then you jumped off the roof…”
At least Maia realizes she is not normal. Or does she not see the problem with her logic flow. Also I like the call back, Mium’s habit of just jumping off the building when someone is bothering him is a pretty good gag.
Well, she did start this appearance fondly reminiscing about when she and Magnolia were the weirdest people around, though as she immediately went to go investigate I sort of doubt the sincerity of her regret.
The comedy team of Magnolia and Maia is pure gold. More, please? *Puppy Dog Eyes*
