   What did M.U.E. stand for?

     I believe the referenced courses were:

     MUE = Magic Use and Engineering

     MTT = Magic Technology and theory

     That’s off the top of my head and its been a long time, so it might be slightly wrong, but that’s pretty close to what it was.

     MUE is a pretty respectable academic program covering more advanced use of magic, and with a bit of an emphasis on the autocaster revolution introduced by the contact with Central, but focuses on more grounded and practical applications of them.

     MTT is a bit more esoteric, though the nature of that class comes up more in the comic later on.
