I’m pretty sure by now, no, the last sentence is not a question. It’s just an annoyed statement that used to be a question, back in the day, before she knew better.
Frame three: “it’s” (and I would suggest skipping the “for” at the end of the sentence). Also, you really should end the last sentence in panel five with a question mark. 🙂
I think in idealistic times bygone I had hoped to have redrawn this page, but as it’s more than a year later, I think it’s safe to say I should just not be lazy and fix it 😀
On the bright side, while my spelling gets no better, eventually we get to the point where people have more thoroughly scoured my errors! 😛
